Your reservation with Toby’s Retreat is subject to the following conditions and by confirmation of your reservation with us you are confirming your agreement to the following:

 

Credit card details are required at time of booking but no charges will be made to your card at that time. The credit card details will be held as a security deposit only and the full amount of the account is to be paid upon check out.

 

No responsibility will be accepted for adverse weather conditions.

 

Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date will incur a charge of 1 nights tariff. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date will be charged 50% of the value of the booking (minimum 1 nights tariff). Where all or part of a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of arrival date the entire value of the booking is payable
